This new model (BD-7) applies digit (numeric) display to show the sensitivity level. With up (▲) and down (▼) buttons, user knows the sensitivity setting directly.

Some users have problem of tuning the sensitivity tuner or adjusting the sensitivity of current Suresafe detectors. They might set the detecting benchmark too high or too low, then they felt the detector was too sensitive (always beeping) or too stupid (detecting in only short distance).

Another problem is the user could not make sure what the real benchmark is. They might erase the signal as background noise when adjusting the sensitivity in a new place. Sometimes, the detector will be set at too stupid (too low sensitivity) when detecting in a higher noise environment. And the detector might remain at this too stupid benchmark if the user does not re-set the sensitivity in next detecting.

This new detector adds hard wire camera detection. The technology was developed by USA military who hunted enemy by illumination scanning to find the enemy location from the strong reflection on the object with shinning surface.

The hard wire camera detection applies this theory of emitting light for user to scan the room. The lens of camera will focus the light and brightly reflect the incident light and will reveal its position to the user.

To prevent such inconvenience or miss setting, we develop this new model to solve user's problem.

RF(wireless) switch

Individual wired or wireless detection switch: Set the Wired switch on, it will active the ultra-bright LEDs for scanning suspected areas. Set the wireless switch on, the detector detects radio frequency (wireless) signal applying with the functions listed in the below.

 

Easy setting for suitable benchmark

When switching on, the sensitivity of BD-7 will stay at factory default benchmark and the Digit display is at 6. If the environment has higher background noise, some of the LEDs will light up and the alarm of detector will beep.

Press once the DOWN button in the side of detector, the digit display will show 5. If the LEDs put out and leave only the very left LED going Green and no alarm go off, this is the suitable benchmark.  The very left Green LED is showing the power.

 

Gain longer detecting distance in low noise environment

When you switch on, if only the very left LED goes Green, this means the environment is clean with low background noise. You can press the UP button twice and the Digit display will show 8; and you will get highest sensitivity detecting benchmark to have longest detecting distance of this device.

 

Confusion free with factory default benchmark

Every time the detector is switched on, it will back to factory default benchmark. User will not have problem of too high or too low sensitivity setting if forgot to re-set the sensitivity.

 

Battery low warning

BD-7 has built-in rechargeable battery pack. After full charge, the battery power can last for 2.5 days for continuous use. When the battery runs down, the very right LED will go red to notify the user.
