Shipment and Return:

1. Shipping:

We drop off your package at Post Office within 1-2 business days after we receiving clear notice of your payment.  A tracking # will be provided for you to track your item on-line.  Our mailing services are based on the followings:

b. Canada Post - for within Canada domasic shipping (1- 7 business days).

c. EMS (Express Mail Service) - ship to more than 125 contries worldwide.  The delivery days for using EMS depending on the location of your country and the efficiency of the customs in your country.  Approximated delivery day is shown in the following:

d. Registered Interantional AirMail - ship to more than 200 countries worldwide.  The delivery days for using Registered International Air Mail depending on the location of your country and the efficiency of the customs in your country.  Approximated delivery day is shown in the followings:

 

5 - 10 working days to:	Australia, Most of Asia countries
7 - 11 working days to:	USA, Canada, UK, Most of Europe countries
8 - 14 working days to:	South America
9 - 16 working days to:	Africa

2. Shipping fee and Label:

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  There would be no any words like security product, hidden camera, SPY, or company name shown at outside of the package to protect your purcahsing privacy.

 

We label the item as a gift in the Customs Declaration Form for International Buyers  to avoid you pay TAX as the item import to your country.  It would be great if you can either email us or include your contact phone # in your Paypal account, so we can fill in your contact # in the shipping label.  This is good for shipper to contact you in case when mailmen trying to make the delivery but no one to sign the package.

 

3. Return Policy:

• We test the product to make sure it is working okay before we ship it to you.
• Products are covered by a 100% satisfaction 30-day repair, replacement or refund policy. 
• All returns must send email to our company mailing address iat@ia-tecs.com to notify seller before returning item.

  All products are with a 3-month factory warranty.
